End of the year is a time for reflection and looking back on what has happened in the past 12 months. For me, this also means looking back on the music I've listened to and my favorite producers of the year. For hip-hop fans, there was a lot to choose from this year with a variety of different producers and artists releasing new projects. However, one of my favorites has just dropped and what better way to wrap up 2022 than with some Fire Beats by Hip Hop Producer E.C.
E.C is a producer from the Bay Area who has been making a big name for himself in the producer scene. I first heard his music a little while ago when I stumbled upon his Beat Battle submissions around the web which ended up getting a lot of positive attention. I just finished listening to the tape and I have to say, it’s real good! The beats are fresh and well mixed, and they flow nicely together. But what really caught my attention were the sample chops - I heard this beat called “Hypnotized” and I was blown away by how funky and organic it sounded. The music has an uplifting and energetic vibe to it that really makes it a fun listen. If you enjoy hip-hop, I think you’ll really enjoy this project as well!
